History: This herd comes from Don Juan Guardiola Fantoni's, purchased from Don Manuel Gamero Cívico in 1941 and subsequently entered as Torre Abad, of Parladé origin. Following Don Juan Guardiola's death in 1948, his son Don Armando Guardiola Soto inherited one share and sold it in 1949 to Don Javier Molina. Upon acquiring the cattle, he adopted the brand and ribbon colours still used today. Between 1989 and 1999, fresh blood was introduced through breeding bulls from Don Diego Puerta and Hermanos Sampedro, of Don Juan Pedro Domecq origin. In 1999, a group of cows from Buenavista of the same origin was purchased, along with breeding bulls from Fuente Ymbro of Jandilla bloodlines. In 2006, a group of cows was acquired from Fuente Ymbro. The breeding bulls currently used are of Jandilla and Fuente Ymbro origin. In 2015 and 2016, a group of cows from Núñez del Cuvillo was purchased.
