History: When Alicio Cobaleda Marcos's herd was divided in 1948, one share went to his daughter Eusebia Cobaleda Gajate, wife of Bernardino García Fonseca, who chose to present her herd under the name ‘Castraz de Yeltes’. In 1980 she transferred it to her son José Luis García Cobaleda, who presented it in his own name and expanded it with cows acquired from his father Bernardino García Fonseca's herd. In 1986 it was acquired by Antonio Pérez Tabernero, who presented it as La Rivera. In 1987 it was sold to Moisés and María del Pilar Fraile Gómez, who removed all the previous stock and rebuilt it with cows and breeding bulls from ‘Aldeanueva’, owned by Domingo Matías Bernardos (Raboso).
