History
In 1998, Don Fernando Gutiérrez Ramos applied to join this association through its admission test, with his A.G.L. herds established from Los Guateles and Herederos de Don José Cebada Gago cattle in two separate lines. After supplying five bullfights in Barcelona, Jaén and Córdoba and a novillada with picadors in Málaga, all with satisfactory results, he was admitted in 2001. In 2008, the current owner purchased the herd, changed the brand and ribbon colours and entered it as Madroñiz. He established it with cattle from his herd registered under the initials EFH, for which he had purchased two groups of cows with their male calves at foot in 1998, from the heirs of Don Antonio Arribas Sancho, of Guateles origin, and Don Javier Camuñas, of Jandilla origin, removing all the previous cattle.
