History
D. Remigio Thiebaut established the ranch in 1940 with cows from the Conde de la Corte, a breeding bull from D. Domingo Ortega and other cattle of Urcola origin. In 1941, it began appearing under his wife Dª Teresa Oliveira’s name, and in 1968 its name changed to El Campillo. In 1984, it was acquired by Irma, S.A., which sold it in 1985 to La Cardenilla; the ranch then appeared as Moro Hermanos. From 1988, its name was Moro Zamorano Hermanos. In 1992, it was sold to D. José Luis Martín Berrocal for Cernuño, S.A., whose name appeared on the posters. In 1998, Dª Olga Jiménez Fernández acquired the ranch, changed the brand and ribbon colours, eliminated all the previous cattle and rebuilt the herd with stock from her sons’ ranch, the García Jiménez brothers, predominantly of Jandilla origin.
