History
Salvador Suárez Ternero, with cattle from Parladé, applied for the admission trial and supplied bulls for the rings of Córdoba, Seville, Cádiz, Valencia, Vista Alegre and Madrid, gaining admission. In 1954 the herd was sold to Álvaro Domecq Díez, who presented it as Valcargado. In 1956 he acquired males and females from Francisco Chica, of Veragua and Ibarra origin, as well as females from Carlos Núñez, removing the Suárez Ternero stock. In 1957 he began presenting it as Torrestrella. Today it has Curro Chica, Carlos Núñez and Jandilla blood, with 3% Veragua blood.
