The setting for the bullfight
Bullring history and facts
The bullring's history is marked by several reconstructions. The wooden bullring inaugurated in 1840 suffered a fire in 1860; it reopened in 1872 and, after another fire in 1891, was rebuilt as the venue inaugurated in 1894.
