Highlights from Las Ventas on 11 October 2026: Antonio Ferrera and Román

Antonio Ferrera and Román were carried out through the Great Gate of Las Ventas on 11 October 2026 after each cutting two ears from Adolfo Martín bulls. The two-man contest at the Feria de Otoño drew 22,964 spectators and sold out. Ferrera met with silence for the first bull and earned an ear from the third, after one warning, and another from the fifth. Román took a lap of honour after the second and cut an ear from both the fourth and sixth, each after one warning.

Ferrera's finest moments came in his natural passes, and he completed his triumph with Chaparrito, fought fifth. Román recovered from a heavy tossing during his faena to the fourth bull and closed the afternoon with Revoltoso, sixth in the lot. Both matadors were carried out shoulder-high after a bullfight distinguished by their performances against the final two bulls.
