Victorino Martín’s debut and Galdós’s tenth anniversary as a matador

The Victorino Martín bullfight will have special significance within the Feria del Señor de los Milagros: it will mark the ranch’s debut in Lima. Morenito de Aranda, Román and Joaquín Galdós will face its six bulls in the third bullfight of the season-ticket programme. The ranch’s first appearance will give the second afternoon of OneToro’s coverage from Acho its own character, following Saturday’s event with El Capea and Carmen Lorenzo.

For Galdós, the event will also form part of the celebrations marking his tenth anniversary as a matador. The Peruvian is billed for two afternoons at this fair, with his first appearance coming against Victorino Martín’s bulls. In the information shared by the bullring, the breeder emphasised the importance of Acho’s history and the responsibility of making a debut before its aficionados. The bullfighter’s anniversary and the ranch’s first appearance will be two of the attractions on Sunday.
