The 9 October corrida brings together Morante, Roca Rey and Rufo

The Comunitat Valenciana holiday will feature a bullfight as the main event in Valencia’s October programme. Morante de la Puebla will open a three-matador line-up completed by Roca Rey y Tomás Rufo, announced under the Álvaro Núñez brand. All three will share the afternoon on a bill allowing their performances to be followed against the same lot of bulls. À Punt's broadcast will bring the event to the regional channel's viewers during the public holiday.

For those following Morante, Valencia will be the first of his two announced televised appearances over these days: on Monday 12 he will make the opening procession again in Madrid, alongside Héctor Gutiérrez and Aarón Palacio. The Valencia programme, meanwhile, continues with novilladas on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11. These are separate events with other participants; the broadcast detailed here is exclusively the corrida on Friday 9.
