Alejandro Talavante is the first matador booked for San Isidro 2027. The complete programme, appearance dates and breeders have yet to be announced.

San Isidro, the Las Ventas fair

The Feria de San Isidro began in 1947 on the initiative of Livinio Stuyck. His proposal to bring together several consecutive afternoons created a series that occupies a central place in the bullfighting season. In 2027 it will be eighty years since that first edition.

Las Ventas has hosted the fair since its beginnings. Its arena staged its first event in 1931, although the bullring’s definitive opening came in 1934.

San Isidro 2027 dates

The 2027 calendar is not yet confirmed. The 2026 edition began on 8 May; after the continuous run of events came the In Memoriam bullfight on 7 June and the Beneficencia on 14 June. The fair included four Mondays off.
